14-day right of return

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order without giving a reason. This policy applies to all customers unless mandatory local law grants additional rights.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of delivery and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please include your order number.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days to:

Do not return products to the manufacturer or to the address printed on the original shipping parcel unless we expressly instruct you to do so.

Return condition

You may inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an unwanted product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

We will refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof that it was sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Additional costs resulting from choosing express or another more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact [offertaclo@proton.me] and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Where legally required, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as replacement, repair, price reduction or refund. We cover reasonable return costs for defective or incorrect products.

This policy does not limit any mandatory statutory warranty or consumer rights.
